Beer Is Knowledge, Knowledge Is Beer!

Mike Babb is in charge of the Sustainable Brewing Program at Kalamazoo Community College and turned out to be one of the coolest and most informative guests we've ever had.  We learned 2 major things this morning and you can too at the Craft Beer Festival on November 7th at Wings Event Center.  Actually, you'll learn more than that.

First of all, I had no idea how comprehensive the Sustainable Brewing course was and, secondly, how specific the matching of beer with food can be.  Lets face it, I would have been happy with a few beers and some conversation but this whole thing is really cool and will definitely prepare people who want to get into the industry.  For more info go to kvcc.edu.
