In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Civic Theatre teamed up with the West Michigan Cancer Center to perform a locally written One-Act called "Radiation: a Month of Sun-Days." It's Barb's story; one woman's cancer diagnosis and her thirty-three day radiation treatment that follows. The waiting room is filled with women who have stories similar to her own; some hopeful, some less so. RKR's own Stefani Bishop plays Phoebe, a breast cancer patient who would become Barb's best friend along her journey. Tickets are going fast. For real.
