I know this has been floating around the interwebs for a month already, and by social media standards that's nearly a decade, but if you haven't seen this absolute work of genius (and talent... I mean, WOW), then stop what you're doing right now and enjoy internet sensation Kevin Miller's cover of Beastie Boys' (You Gotta) Fight for Your Right (to Party).

Lets break this down, shall we? Miller was able to flawlessly take an irreverent 80s classic, made it a cappella five part harmony, AND throw in a dad joke worthy pun. I'm tickled. I'm impressed. And I now have a super crush on some stranger who is apparently multi-instrumental and killing it.

Originally intended to be an ironic release(You Gotta) Fight for Your Right (to Party) was the fourth single off of the Beastie Boys' debut album Licensed to Ill, and fact that the song was poking fun at a lot of the rock at the time, the song became an anthem adopted by teens around the country.  Mike D went on record saying, quote, "The only thing that upsets me is that we might have reinforced certain values of some people in our audience when our own values were actually totally different. There were tons of guys singing along to 'Fight for Your Right' who were oblivious to the fact it was a total goof on them."
