Hospital Hospitality House: Why Their Work Matters in Kalamazoo

There's no place like home. There's no place like home. There's no place like home. The mission of Hospital Hospitality House of Southwest Michigan is to make it easier for families to support their loved one receiving medical care by providing a homelike, comforting place to stay.

No matter how good the care or how comforting the rooms, long-term hospital stays can be taxing. Hospital Hospitality House has two Kalamazoo properties ; Henson Avenue (near Ascension Borgess Hospital) and Burdick Street (near Bronson Methodist Hospital) that offer stays to family members while their loved one is receiving treatment at one of Kalamazoo's hospitals. Family members stay free of charge but are asked, if they can, to make a donation for accommodations.

If you'd like to enjoy a nice evening out and help with the fundamental work they provide 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, plan on attending the fundraiser in April.
