What To Expect At JDs Stage Bistro Grand Opening In Chelsea

Michigan actor Jeff Daniels has announced that his new restaurant in downtown Chelsea, named JD‘s Stage Bistro, plans to open in late July with a series of concerts.

The grand opening for this new restaurant is scheduled for August 26 through August 29; however, they’ve announced a lineup of musicians that will be playing on Wednesday, July 29 to celebrate the opening.

What To Expect From Kalamazoo's Downtown Renovation Plans

After Jeff Daniels had gone off to Hollywood to make a career, he returned home to give back to the city he grew up in and opened the Purple Rose Theater.

This sparked a wave of interest in downtown Chelsea, which led to more businesses opening up. Now Chelsea is a destination in Southeast Michigan, being very much revitalized by Jeff Daniels’ return home.
Opening up the festivities will be the Ben Daniels Band, Jeff’s son, with whom he occasionally sits in and jams, so it’s possible he may be making an appearance to play as well.

The bistro's opening has many people buzzing; however, they have not yet announced how or when tickets will be available to purchase.
