The Kalamazoo-based Main Street Pub has closed one of the chain's 8 locations.
The Main Street Pub in South Bend, located along State Road 23 in the shadow of Notre Dame's campus has closed.
WNDU-TV reports the restaurant closed suddenly after 9 years in business.
The Main Street Pub chain includes 5 restaurants in the Kalamazoo area and 2 in the suburbs of Grand Rapids. The chain's parent company also owns Fletcher's Pub, Bold and University Roadhouse.
