This has been a very stressful time of the year, especially when there is an election. It seems that for months, we have been riddled with political ads left and right, constant paperwork that’s being delivered in our mail telling us who to vote for, and what to believe.

Even when we know when it comes to politics, most of us know who we're gonna vote for already, but they still have to interrupt us while we're watching Disney+ trying to escape the real world for a bit.

On top of the pressures of electing the officials that are going to be running this country, we also have to deal with the daily stresses of our lives. How we are going to pay our bills? How are we going to lower this expensive rent rate? How housing is basically unaffordable and unobtainable, while interest rates that are not complementary to the amount that we are getting paid continue to rise.
