Our friends from DC Strong stopped by to remind us of 2 great events to help one of the best causes on the planet: kids with cancer.  Dustan Colyer's fight seems unequaled but he and the rest of the crew have made it their mission to help kids keep fighting and having some fun in the process.

And on Saturday, September 12, an event I'm planning on participating in: The DCpoalypse 5K where you get chased by zombies.  How cool is that!!!
