Steely Dan

The Grammy's are coming up on Sunday night and I remember back to the all time favorite moment of mine which happened back in 2001.

It may sound absurd today, but there was actually a point when their career longevity seemed anything but guaranteed.

Steely Dan have extended their tour into the summer. The Rockabye Gollie Angel Tour kicks off in April with shows out west around their appearance at The Coachella Festival.

Several weeks after their surprising announcement as headliners at this year's Coachella Festival, Steely Dan have added a brief string of West Coast dates to their 2015 tour itinerary.

Last month I was Christmas shopping for my wife, when I saw  the book,"Eminent Hipsters". This is the book that was written by Steely Dan front man Donald Fagen.

Donald Fagen has been a big influence on my interest in Music.  From the First time I heard "Peg" when I was a kid, I was hooked on Steely Dan.
