Team Names Announced For New Season Of XFL

The XFL is set to return in February and with the announcement of their first signed player, the league has announced team names and logos for the new season.

According to Sports Illustrated, the XFL has announced names and logos for the 8 teams to take the field in February.

The teams are, St. Louis Battlehawks, Tampa Bay Vipers,New York Guardians, Seattle Dragons, Los Angeles Wildcats,DC Defenders, Dallas Renegades and Houston Roughnecks.

The names are all new and none of the old original XFL team names or logos are being used for the new season of the league.

More players for the league are expected to be signed as the NFL prepares for roster cuts this week.
