You've seen the amazing and artistic meat and cheese boards? You can pick one up for your party or learn to create your own at The Grazing Table Kalamazoo.

It's almost impossible to spell yet even tougher to resist. A charcuterie (shar-KOO-ta-REE) board is a sampling of a variety of meats, cheeses, olives, nuts, fruit, crackers, bread, jelly and other ingredients often presented in an artistically pleasing way on a wooden cutting board. Regarding a charcuterie, the presentation is almost as important as the elements that comprise it.

Now, a new Kalamazoo business is offering a dine-in charcuterie experience, grab and go boxes and also a shop where you can choose the individual ingredients for your board. The Grazing Table Kalamazoo will open this fall in the former location of Tibbs next to Kalamazoo State Theatre on the Mall. Owners Joey and Jenna Gamrat shared the news of their dream coming true on Facebook.

We are Joey & Jenna, owners of @thegrazingtablekalamazoo 🖤
We have a passion for cultivating community and bringing people together over a beautiful board of meat and cheese! Our desire for this restaurant is to create a dine in charcuterie experience, host workshops + events, provide quick (but pretty) grab and go boxes, and a shop for you to purchase the supplies you need to make your own charcuterie boards at home!
There is so much to come and we cannot wait for you to be a part of the journey with us!
