It’s always good when you can see a locally owned business make its way into a small town and right off the bat, start to thrive. That’s exactly what’s happening right now at the new Cozy Egg Café in the heart of Mattawan.

In the past, the small brick building has seen various changes from turning from Nonla Vietnamese to Nonla Burger and many other restaurants in the past. But the new Cozy Egg Café has a certain charm to it that I feel will keep it around for a long time. It’s not just the charm, but the ingredients and love that’s put into the food that is already making a hit with locals in the area.

The sugar adds a unique twist to the meal, and you can tell just how rich their homemade ingredients are. if you were ever in the area, I always remember shopping locally helps family-owned businesses and strengthens our community.
