The Major League Baseball season is a few months old and finally the league is allowing fans to vote on players for the All Star Game In Cleveland.

According to MLB, the ballot is out for fans to begin voting on who they want to see start the 2019 game in Cleveland on July 9th.

The rules have changed for the game this year as there will be two voting periods for fans.  The first is underway called, "The Primary".  The Primary will allow fans to vote 5 times per 24 hour period until June 21st at 4 p.m.

From there the top 3 finalist per position and 9 for the outfield will be apart of the starters election. Fans will get to vote only once during the  28 hour period, June 26th to June 27th.  The starters will then be announced on June 27th at 7 p.m.
