Kalamazoo Civic Theatre Seeks Patron Services Manager

One of the gems in our community, the Kalamazoo Civic Theatre, is looking for a Patron Services Manager. Duties include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Front of House which includes Box Office, House Management, and Civic Merchandising. They're looking for someone to train and schedule box office manage inventory of concessions and Civic shwag, and interact with patrons, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, local businesses, schools, and other arts organizations in our community. The Patron Services Manager works to ensure that every patron's experience, from their ticket purchase to the curtain call, is above and beyond expectation.

Candidates must have superior customer service skills, work well under pressure, be able to problem solve, be computer literate, and be able to lift thirty pounds.
