Lansing Lugnuts Game To Have Free Food For One Half Inning

The Lansing Lugnuts baseball team has an interesting promotion scheduled for April 18th.  They will be offering free food to fans for one half inning during the game.

I originally saw this story featured on "Hot Stove" on MLB Network.   According to MLB,  the Lugnuts (Class A affiliate of the Blue Jays) in Lansing will have a Purge Night on April 18th.

The purge will occur sometime during the game.  A siren will sound and all concessions will be free for the one half inning.   Beer is not included and quantities will be limited per visit.

The purge night game will be on Thursday, April 18th against the Dayton Dragons.   The Lugnuts play in Downtown Lansing at Cooley Law School Stadium.

The team also recently announced another great promotion as they will have a Burt Reynolds Night in July.
