The Music Of Cream Coming to Kalamazoo State Theatre
Music Of Cream is coming to the Kalamazoo State Theatre Saturday, April 25th! Way more than a tribute to the music, this band features Ginger Baker's son Kofi Baker on drums, and Eric Clapton's nephew, Will Johns, on guitar and vocals. Tickets are $25 to $55, and will go on sale Friday, February 14th at 11:00am through the Kalamazoo State Theatre Box Office. This is no ordinary tribute show! Music Of Cream will hit the road with a new show honoring the original band’s landmark 1967 recording of Disraeli Gears, with the band performing the album in it's entirety, followed by some classic Clapton songs like Layla, Crossroads, and Wonderful Tonight. The show includes storytelling, photos, videos, and never-before seen footage.
