The Nation’s Hottest Real Estate Zip Code Is In West Michigan

I've said before and I'll say it again: "The West side is the best side"!  There's a reason why we live here.  Actually, there are hundreds of reasons why we live here.  Lately here in Michigan we've taken some hits mainly having to do with contaminated water so the national perception might be skewed but I still think the west side is still one of the best kept secrets in the country.  But maybe the secret is out.

Our friends at FOX 17 shared an article from realtor.com about the the hottest zip code in the U.S. and wouldn't ya know it's right here is West Michigan.  Kentwood, MI tops the list with it's 49508 zip code primarily due to millennials looking for homes in smaller more suburban areas.  Ya know, a little bit bigger yard than in the city for the dog and small families.  Add that to the incredible employment climate right now and you've got the formula for fast home sales.  Check out the rest of the story by clicking HERE.
