It is still summer out and hot temperatures are upon us.  What better way to beat the heat than to starting thinking about the upcoming K-Wings season.

It looks to be an exciting season for the K-Wings.  This off season the team has become a affiliate of the Tampa Bay Lightning in the NHL and The Syracuse Crunch of the AHL.

The K-Wings league, The ECHL realigned their divisions this off season.  The K-Wings have moved to the Western Conference and will be apart of the Central Division.

To get things started this upcoming season,  The team recently announced that they will host two preseason games at Wings Event Center.   They will host the Toledo Walleye on Saturday, October 8 at 7 p.m. and the Brampton Beast on Sunday, October 9 at 3 p.m.  Both games will cost only $5 and there will be no parking fee for those games.

These games will lead up to the 43rd home opener which happens on October 21st against The Fort Wayne Komets.

Cool Temperatures will be here before you know it get ready for K-Wings Hockey!
