Kal Penn – Rocker Morning Show Interview November 26th

Kal Penn's first big break was opposite Ryan Reynolds in Van Wilder. He followed that success with a series of stoner comedies beginning with Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle. But don't type cast this actor. He's equally at home in dramas like Designated Survivor, and The Namesake, a performance that has been applauded as a "crackling, star-making performance" by the New York Times. Kal Penn is back in a new NBC comedy, Sunnyside about a fallen former New York city Councilman who finds his calling working with immigrants in search of their American Dream. Not only does Penn star in this new show, he's one of the creators, no doubt inspired by his time working with President Barack Obama's administration as Associate Director in the White House Office of Public Engagement in 2009. Kal Penn will join Stefani Bishop on The Rocker Morning Show, Tuesday, November 26th, just after 7:00 to talk about his latest project and what lies in store.
