Replay: Pinball at the Zoo Locks in 2021 Date
Start saving those quarters. Michigan's premier pinball expo and gameroom show was postponed in 2020, but is on the calendar for 2021 in Kalamazoo.
The Kalamazoo County Expo Center is booking events as 2021 slowly gets back to whatever "normal" is going to mean. Pinheads look forward to April every year and Pinball at the Zoo. Like everything else, it was cancelled in 2020. April seemed too early this year, but organizers have booked September 2-4 for 2021.
Here we go again.....
Out of an abundance of caution, we have to postpone PATZ again. Our new show dates are September...

Your event ticket gets you free play on all the machines in the hall at Kalamazoo County Expo Center. There are tournaments all weekend for the competitive types, but the best part is finding those classic machines that you used to play, but haven't seen in years. It takes a little know-how to keep a vintage machine in top playing form, so they don't always last in a public setting. Many of these games have been lovingly restored and some are for sale if you've always dreamed of having one at home.
Pinball at the Zoo 2021 | September 2-4 | Kalamazoo County Expo Center
- Thur 9/2: 2-10 pm
- Fri 9/3: 1-10 pm
- Sat 9/4: 9 am-6 pm
In the meantime, keep practicing on your favorite games around town at places like One Well, head to Klassic Arcade in Gobles or take a road trip to the Pyramid Scheme in Grand Rapids, Tilted in Jackson, Pinball Pet's in East Lansing or Ann Arbor or venture to Wizard's World in Fort Wayne, Indiana. It's so much more fun to use those spare quarters at the arcade instead of the laundromat.
