Arguably one of the best and coolest moments in Stone Cold Steve Austin‘s professional wrestling career took place in Detroit at Joe Louis Arena. A lot of people remember the infamous Zamboni incident where Stone Cold Steve Austin drove the Red Wings Zamboni into the arena and attacked Vince McMahon.

This moment is now going to be immortalized in the form of a Funko Pop vinyl figure. To explain why this particular moment is getting a Funko pop. I’ll elaborate on what led up to it:

The night before at WWE Breakdown Vince McMahon, owner of WWE, wanted to ensure that Stone Cold Steve Austin would not leave that event as the champion. He pitted Stone Cold against Kane and the Undertaker who were working together to beat Austin.

After eventually, defeating Austin, Stone Cold Steve Austin was fired by Vince McMahon. The next night in Detroit, Vince McMahon, along with Kane and the Undertaker and a dozen or more Detroit police officers were in the ring as McMahon was about to announce who the champion was.

Just then, footage from the back showed Steve Austin, driving the Detroit Red Wings Zamboni into the Joe Louis arena, running over a bunch of cords which delayed the feed. Austin would eventually drive the Zamboni into the ring climbing on top of it, and jumping off and clotheslining Vince McMahon, as the Detroit crowd went absolutely bonkers.

You can watch the video below, and also order, the Funko Pop as well. Other than the Red Wings winning the Stanley Cup championship, this was the greatest thing to ever take place in that arena.

And if you agree… gimmie a hell yeah!
