Sharing The Love

The company also asked those who knew Art or have gone to their establishment to share their memories:

We ask, that if anyone has any pictures over the years of Art to please share on this post. Whether it was at Big Als, him coaching baseball or softball, a fishing trip etc etc...we would love to share the memories of a great husband, father, grandpa, coach, businessman...most importantly, a great man!
Please share! Rest in Peace...we love and miss you already

Big Al's Beginnings

Big Al's, as mentioned before, was opened in 1973 but it's also Manistee's oldest and longest-running pizza place. For now, it seems like the business will continue to operate as usual while they try to move on from this loss. Already, the community has been sending the family an overabundance of support and sympathy, making the loss a little bit easier to manage.
